Our Pilates Tone Intermediate Mat Classes will be held online using Zoom. When you register for a class, you will receive an email with a link and password enabling you to join our classes from the comfort of your own home. The link in this email will be for valid for the class for the 4 weeks.
As a mind-body conditioning programme the mat Pilates classes offer exercises that will improve:
