Join us for our 6-week Synergy programme—an expertly designed, physiotherapy-led exercise class you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home.
How it works
- One live class each week on Monday at 10:00am via Zoom.
- On registering, you’ll receive your secure Zoom link and password (valid for the full block).
- All classes are recorded and uploaded weekly to your private class library on Vimeo.
- Your library is available for the entire 6-week block—so you can replay the classes as often as you like.
About the Synergy Programme
Led by Chartered Physiotherapists, Synergy is a functional, physiotherapy-informed exercise class focusing on:
- Bone health
- Core stability & strengthening
- Balance & mobility
- Falls prevention
All exercises are functional and performed in standing or sitting, making them both effective and accessible.

| Requirements | Classes will be held live using "Zoom". This is a free application available to download onto any device or computer. A link to each class will be sent in advance of the class beginning. You will need a chair to sit in for some of the exercises and some Pilates equipment. Essential equipment: chair, resistance bands, soft Pilates ball, spikey ball, hand weights, pilates circle, resistance loop. |
