Return and Refunds
You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return your purchase. Please return your goods to us within 14 days of cancellation.
The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it (them).
We will ordinarily refund the full purchase price together with the standard delivery charge paid if the item is faulty. If you chose to pay extra for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
Your refund will automatically be processed once the returned order has been received back. The refund can then take 3 to 5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) to credit your account. Please retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund. Once your order has been received by us the complete refund process should be completed within 10 working days.

You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as, until the parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility.
