Choose from Pilates Mat class on Monday at 6.30pm and/or Thursday at 10.30am Monday 6th November 2023 and continuing until Monday 18th December 2023 Monday Class - your subscription will cover attendance for 7 weeks. **Please note classes on Monday 13th October and Monday 11th December will commence at 6.00pm.** (due to commitments in the Church) Thursday Class - your subscription will cover attendance for 6 weeks
Your subscription is for this 6 week studio class every Thursday morning at 11.40am - 9th November - 14th December 2023 You will be required to bring your own equipment with you to class.

Enjoy strengthening on the Pilates Reformer. All sessions are on a 1-2-1 basis and instruction provided by highly skilled and trained Pilates Instructor and Chartered Physiotherapists Libby Robinson and Kay McLorn. Sessions available on Monday afternoon and evening or Thursday morning and afternoon. Once you book your session, someone from our team will be in contact to book your sessions at your convenience.
