Synergy Speed – Summer On-Demand Programme
Bring energy, strength and confidence to your summer with this 8-class Synergy Speed programme. Designed and led by Chartered Physiotherapist Kay McLorn, these physiotherapy-informed sessions combine functional strength, balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness in a supportive, adaptable format.
Each 45-minute class includes a dynamic warm-up, a series of whole-body functional exercises and a calming cool-down. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace, with clear options to make movements lower impact or more challenging depending on how you feel.
This programme is ideal if you would like to feel fitter, stronger and more energised, while improving the everyday movements that matter — such as getting up and down, stepping, lifting, reaching and moving with confidence.
Led by Chartered Physiotherapist Kay McLorn, these 45 minute classes include:
